IMDSL (Intense Medical & Dental System Pvt. Ltd.) deals in high-value medical and dental equipment. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are strictly governed by this policy.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Return request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • Valid proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used medical equipment
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Consumables and accessories

4. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled
  • Cancellation requests are subject to management approval
  • Any applicable charges will be deducted

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos as proof
